• HDUID = INTEGER (given)
  HDU to add key to
• KEY = CHARACTER*(*) (given)
  Name of keyword. Prefix with '@' to inhibit HDU modification flag being set true. Prefix with ',' to only write the comment
• VALUE = INTEGER (given)
  ADI identifier of value
• CMNT = CHARACTER*(*) (given)
  Comment. Use '~' for standard comment
• STATUS = INTEGER (given and returned)
  The global status.
