Description

Return a standard comment for a standard FITS keyword

Arguments

• KEY = CHARACTER*(*) (ggiven)
  The name of the keyword
• COMNT = CHARACTER*(*) (returned)
  The keyword comment
• STATUS = INTEGER (given)
  The global status.
