Set the DatasetType component of a BinDS derived object

Invocation

CALL BDI_SETDST( ID, DTYPE, STATUS )

Description

Set the DatasetType component of a BinDS derived object. This can be used by file access routines to define properties of files. If the the ADI class of ID is not BinDS then the supplied type is ignored.

Arguments

• ID = INTEGER (given)
  ADI identifier of BinDS derived object
• DTYPE = CHARACTER*(*) (given)
  The dataset type
• STATUS = INTEGER (given and returned)
  The global status.
