Arguments

• STATUS = INTEGER (Given and Returned)
  The global status.

Description

Evaluates confidence interval corresponding to specified chi-squared increase, along each (non-frozen) parameter dimension in the fit space. For likelihood fitting, the Cash statistic is used, since this is still chi-squared distributed about its minimum.
