If changes have been made to subroutines in adi/newsrc and the user wishes to incorporate
these into the main library the script putaway can be used.

The script,

Ensures all INCLUDE statements are in the correct (non-absolute) form.

Checks out the library file for editing.

Copies the new file in place.

Checks in the new file with the user supplied comment

Updates /lsoft1/asterix/work/allsrc

Stores the user comment and other details in the file putaway.log
This script only works for the main library, other updates must be done by hand,
but should follow a similar procedure to the outlined above.
