Many ASTERIX make assumptions about field names in SSDS, usually to do with spatial information. Linearised detector coordinates are assumed to be in fields called X_CORR and Y_CORR, right ascension and declination in RA and DEC. The general rule is to inherit the axis units from the dataset from which the SSDS is derived.
