RTNAME
This is the rootname of the raw data files. e.g. the eventrate file
for MPE data is Rootname_EVR.SDF. Just enter the rootname here, this may
include a directory spec. e.g. RTNAME > /scratch/rds/3C273
The effective area and detector matrix files will ordinarily be
picked up from a default directory XRTCAL:
