 matrix_histogram::menu
        GUI to set up and create a matrix histogram.

 Usage:
        rv=histref->menu(origin, group=group)

 Argument:
        origin  struct  input   A structure as returned by
                                matrix_dataset::locate 
 Keyword:
        group   long    The widget id of a group leader, this is
                        needed as the widget must be modal.
