 matrix_histogram__plot_header_a
        Plot the header for a matrix histogram along the track.

 Usage:
        ytop=histref -> plot_header_a()

 Argument:
        ytop    float   output  The NDC (more-or-less) coordinate of
                                the top of the data plot.
