lan_look_stream::set_head

 lan_look_stream::set_head
        Set the head for a lan look direction stream.

 Usage:
        rc = strref -> set_head(head)

 Arguments:
        head    string          The head to be assigned to the
                                stream

 Keyword:
        null    If set, then clear the head (returns 0).

 Notes:
        This is NOT an end-user method it should ONLY be called from
        within the constructor method. If I didn't need it to be
        separate for the menu constructor, I'd have coded this stuff
        as part of the constructor method. If IDL had private methods
        I'd have made it private.
