 pad_pad_stream::copy_raw_processed
        Copy the raw data items to the processed data locations.

 Usage:
        strref -> copy_raw_processed

 Keywords:
        no_prompt               If set, then don't assk the user before
                                overwriting existing processed data.
        field   float   input   The field to use (rather than a direct copy)
                                only applicable to ULEIS streams.
        refcount ptr    in/out  A refcount pointer for field (above)
