        Control plotting of headers on activity plot.

 Usage:
        act_header, {iheader|/on|/off}

 Argument:
        iheader int     input   0 or 1 for off or on.

 Keywords:
        on      If set, then switch header plotting on
        off     If set, then switch header plotting off
