track_rate_stream::get_chan_info

 track_rate_stream::get_chan_info
        Return the species and bin info for a track rate stream.

 Usage:
        strref -> get_chan_info()

 Notes:
        This information can be obtained by other means but it's
        tiresome. The values are returned in 0-base form for internal
        use (e.g. by the dataset acquire method).
