track_rate_stream::get_raw_events

 track_rate_stream::get_raw_events
        Return raw events counts for a track rate stream.

 Usage:
        count = strref -> get_raw_events([/pointer, /<selector>])

 Keywords:
        events          If set, then return the event count for the bins in
                        the stream
        chan_events     If set, then return the event count for the
                        wart channels in which the bins are contained.
        chan_counts     If set, then return the total count for the
                        wart channels in which the bins are contained.
        pointer         If set then return the pointers, or if on its
                        own then an array of pointers to all 3.
