 act_no_optical
        Control plotting of flares with no optical counterpart on
        activity plot.

 Usage:
        act_no_optical, {no_optical|/on|/off}

 Argument:
        no_optical      int     input   0 or 1 for off or on.

 Keywords:
        on      If set, then switch no-optical plotting on
        off     If set, then switch no-optical plotting off
