sector_ratios

 sector_ratios
        Form a ratio between the sectors of a stream and one specific
        sector.

 Usage:
        sector_ratios, index, sector

 Arguments:
        index   int     input   The index of the stream to process.
        sector  int     input   The sector number to use as the
                                denominator (0 is the spin average)

 Keyword:
        panel   int     input   Specify the panel for spect streams (0
                                or omit for a new panel)

 Streams:
        RATE:*, SPECT:*
