epam_spect_stream::get_extrema

 epam_spect_stream::get_extrema
        Return extrema for EPAM spectra (accounting for
        Sun-sectors).

 Usage:
        range = strref -> get_extrema([keys])

 Keywords:
        zero    If set, then return zeros rather than NaNs when no
                data are present.
        sector  If set, then return extrema for the sectors
                separately.
        energy  If set, then return the energy extrema of the stream.
