 mfsa_limit_menu
        GUI to set the band limits of an MFSA spectrum.

 Usage:
        limits = mfsa_limit_menu(default, group=group)

 Argument:
        default int     The initial limits.

 Keyword:
        group   long    The widget id of a group leader -- needed
                                                          since the
                                                          menu is
                                                          modal
