 comp_spect_stream::get_idf_info
        Return COMP stream-specific IDF info.

 Usage:
        strref -> get_idf_info(<keys>)

 Keywords:
        slocate The location of the species in the data array.
        sindex  The species index.
        _extra  Any keyword accepted by the spect_stream method.
