 xflare_stream::attach_raw_data
        Attach the raw data to an activity stream.

 Usage:
        strref -> attach_raw_data, times, longs, class, subclass, ins

 Arguments:
        times   float   The julian day numbers of the flares
        longs   float   The bartels longitudes of the flares.
        class   string  The classes of the flares.
        subclass float  The subclasses of the flares.
        ins     byte    Whether the flares are northern or southern
                        hemisphere.
