 dyn_spect_dataset::edit_choose
        Select stream and sector to edit.

 Usage:
        choice=dsref->edit_choose(group=group)

 Return value:
        A 2 element array defining the selection as (stream index,
        sector)

 Keyword:
        group   long    input   A group leader for the widget (if it
                                is set, then the widget is modal).
        stream  int     input   The initial stream selection
        sector  int     input   The initial sector selection
        channel int     input   The initial channel selection.
