 act_system
        Select which solar rotation system is to be used for an
        activity plot.

 Usage:
        act_system, {isys|/bartels|/carrington|/geocentric}

 Argument:
        isys    int     input   0 for bartels, 1 for carrington, 2 for
                                geocentric 

 Keywords:
        bartels         if set, then use bartels rotations
        carrington      If set, then use carrington rotations.
        geocentric      If set, then use longitudes relative to CMP.
