 uds_wizardc
        The  Channels stage of step by step tool to generate uds spec files.

 Usage:
        uds_wizardc, spec_def,chan_index

 Argument:
        spec_def        struct  input   A structure containing a
                                        specfile definition.
        chan_index      int     input   The channel index to input.

 Notes:
        Unlike the rest of IDL_HS 4.x so far, this package needs some
        of the new IDL 5.4 features.
