 HSIO_ENTRY
        ULEIS HDF Entry points and sharables

 Variables:
        ul_shlib        The name of the sharable library for the ULEIS
                        HDF reading routines
        ul_entry        The name of the entry points for the ULEIS IO
                        routines.

 Despite its name, this now only handles the ULEIS stuff, as HSIO is
 now re-implemented in IDL.
