matrix_dataset::set_layout

 matrix_dataset::set_layout
        Select whether to add a header to matrix datasets.

 Usage:
        dsref -> set_layout, <keys>

 Keywords:
        with_header     If set, then add a header.
        no_header       If set then dont add a header.

 Notes:
        with_header=0 is equivalent to /no_header.
