 TH_CENTRES
        Compute theoretical centrelines.

 Usage:
        th_centres, isp, ce, de

 Arguments:
        isp     int     input   The species number to compute
                                0 - H
                                1 - H2
                                2 - H3
                                3 - 3-He
                                4 - 4-He
                                5 - C
                                6 - N
                                7 - O
                                8 - Ne
                                9 - Mg
                                10 - Si
                                11 - S
                                12 - Fe
                                N.B. This is not the same as the
                                LANTRACKS species numbers as there are
                                extra species to accomodate here.
        ce      float   output  The C deposition in MeV
        de      float   output  The D deposition in MeV
