 pad_dataset::column_annotate
        Annotate a column of pitch plots with the times.

 Usage:
        dsref -> column_annotate, times, corners

 Arguments:
        times   double  The start and end times of the column
        corners float   The region of the plot panel below which the
                        annotation it to go.
