pad_dataset::delete_panel

 pad_dataset::delete_panel
        Delete a whole panel from a pad dataset.

 Usage:
        dsref -> delete_panel, index

 Argument:
        index   int     The index of the panel to delete.

 Notes:
        Panels don't have names, so index is the only way to specify a
        panel.
