 pad_dataset::read_chlist
        Read a channel list and append the channels to a pad dataset.

 Usage:
        dsref -> read_chlist, file

 Argument:
        file    string  The file in which to save the channel list.

 Keywords:
        menu            If set, then use a menu to find the file.
        group   long    Widget ID of a group leader.
