 matrix_maps
        Set whether to add maps to a matrix dataset.

 Usage:
        matrix_maps, <keys>

 Keywords:
        channels        If set, underlay the WART channel map.
        bins            If set, underlay the Energy bin map.
        species         If set, underlay the species bin map.
        centrelines     If set, overlay the species centrelines
                        (positive) or underlay it (negative)
        theory          If set, overlay the theoretical centrelines.
        none            If set, then clear all map settings.
