rate_dataset::write_ascii

 rate_dataset::write_ascii
        Save the rates and time information from a rates dataset to a
        plain text file.

 Usage:
        dsref -> write_ascii, file

 Argument:
        file    string  The file to which to save it.

 Keywords:
        menu            If set, then use a menu to choose the file.
        group   long    For a menu, the widget ID of a group leader.

 Notes:
        If not all streams have the same time axis, then multiple
        files will be written.
