spect_dataset::get_stream_info

 spect_dataset::get_stream_info
        Return info on the streams of a spect dataset.

 Usage:
        info = dsref -> get_stream_info(<keys>)

 Keywords:
        n_sectors       If set then return how many sectors the
                        streams(s) have.
        _extra          Any keys accepted by the generic dataset method.
