spect_dataset::get_x_level

 spect_dataset::get_x_level
        Get the P channels in which to use x-exclusion.

 Usage:
        level=dsref -> get_x_level()

 Keyword:
        mfsa    If set, then return the MFSA bands corresponding to
                the X-level
