 spect_dataset::ratio_menu
        Menu for generating index and other derived streams.

 Usage:
        sref -> ratio_menu

 Keywords:
        group   long    The widget ID of a group leader.
        index           If set, then this is a menu to form spectral
                        indices rather than simple ratios.
