 xflare_dataset__define
        Definition for an activity plot dataset.

 Superclasses:
        generic_dataset

 Members:
        min_class.class         string  Class of the weakest flare to show
        min_class.subclass      int     sub class of the weakest
                                        flare.
        dot_class       string  The class of flare to have a
                                zero-sized symbol.
        cmp             byte    Whether to include central meridian
                                passage line.
        no_optical      byte    Whether to include flares with no locations.
        time_histogram  float   Resolution of a time histogram (0=no
                                histogram). 
        long_histogram  float   Resolution of a longitude histogram
        system          int     Which longitude system to use.
        scale           float   Scale factor from default symbol size
        headers         byte    Whether to plot headers on the plot.
