 xflare_dataset::get_histograms
        Return the histogram settings for an activity plot.

 Usage:
        bin=dsref -> get_histograms(<key>)

 Keywords:
        longitude       Return the binsize of a longitude histogram.
        time            Return the binsize of a time histogram.

 Notes:
        A binsize of 0.0 means the histogram is turned off.
