 xflare_dataset::set_histograms
        Return the histogram settings for an activity plot.

 Usage:
        dsref -> set_histograms, <keys>

 Keywords:
        longitude       float   The binsize of the longitude histogram.
        time            float   The binsize of the time histogram.

 Notes:
        A binsize of 0.0 means the histogram is turned off.
