 xflare_dataset::set_system
        Set the rotation system to use for an activity plot.

 Usage:
        dsref -> set-system, system

 Argument:
        system  int     input   The system, 0=bartels, 1=carrington

 Keywords:
        bartels         If set, then use Bartels rotations
        carrington      If set, then use Carrington rotations
        geocentric      If set, then use geocentric longitudes.

 Notes:
        Only one specification may be given.
