map_lanfile

 MAP_LANFILE 
        Associate a map file with an HSIO file.

 Usage
        map_lanfile, index, mapfile, error

 Arguments:
        index   long    input   The channel number with which to associate the
                                map file
        mapfile string  input   The name of the map file (may be given as null
                                when the name is <dat_file>_map).
        error   long    output  The error code returned.
