lan_idf::set_cadence

 lan_idf::set_cadence
        Set the cadence values for the various LAN channels.

 Usage:
        idfref -> set_cadence

 Notes:
        Since these values are not in the IDF.DAT file and they are
        the same for HISCALE & EPAM, they are hard-coded.
