 sectors
        Set default sectoring for the current dataset.

 Usage:
        sectors, sectlist

 Argument:
        sectlist        int     input   A list of the sectors to
                                        display by default for the
                                        dataset.

 Keywords:
        average                 If set, then only plot sector averages.
        all                     If set, then plot all separate sectors.
        add_average     int     Control whether to add the average to
                                a list of sectors.

 Notes:
        This sets the default sectoring; the streams can override this
        setting.

 Datasets:
        RATE, SPECT
