trk_idf::read

 trk_idf::read
        Read all the various files that go to make up a track/pha IDF
        block. 

 Usage:
        trkref -> read

 Argument:
        version int     The version number of the track map to
                        use. The general read method always uses the
                        default files for channels and energies.
