 set_time
        Set the time limits of the current dataset.

 Usage:
        set_time, tstart, tstop

 Arguments
        tstart  varies  input   Either the JD or the [Y,D, H,M,S] form
                                of the required start time.
        tstop   varies  input   Either the JD or the [Y,D, H,M,S] form
                                of the required end time.
