 uleis_idf::get_detectors
        Return the detector list of a ULEIS channel or range at a time 
        or times.

 Usage:
        detectors = calref -> get_detectors(channel, time)

 Arguments:
        channel str/str The channel whose detectors is needed.
        time    double  The time at which the list is needed.

 Keyword:
        ending  output  The last JD at which this list is valid
