 spect_join
        Set the joining option for the curent DS if a spectrum.

 Usage:
        spect_join, option

 Argument:
        option  int     input   The joining option, 0 -> energy range
                                "error bars", 1 -> join energy
                                centres, 2 -> do both.

 Keywords:
        separate        If set, then plot energy range "error bars"
        join            If set, then join energy centres.
        both            do both of the above.
