 spect_scaling
        Set the scaling for the curent DS if a spectrum.

 Usage:
        spect_scaling, rmin, rmax, emin, emax,[, <keys>]

 Argument:
        rmin,rmax       float   input   The flux (or count rate) range
                                        to display.
        emin,emax       float   input   The energy range to display.

 Keywords:
        automatic       If set then autoscale each panel.
