 hs_container::restore_ds
        Restore a dataset and add it to the container.

 Usage:
        dsref=hsref -> restore_ds(file)

 Argument:
        file    string  The file containing the dataset.

 Keywords:
        menu            If set, then use a menu to choose the file.
        group   long    For a menu, the widget ID of a group leader.
