 hs_container::set_local
        Set the data paths and plot options to those appropriate to
        the local system.

 Usage:
        hs_object->set_local

 Arguments & Keywords: none

 Notes:
        This is used on restoring an imported environment save file as
        different sites will be unlikely to locate data or plot files
        in the same places.
