 hs_plot::apply_colour_table

 Usage:
        plid -> apply_colour_table[, index]

 Argument:
        index   int     If this argument is provided, then only set
                        the specified index (must be in the range
                        2-15).

 Keyword:
        background      If set, then only change the background and
                        default foreground colours.
        force           If set, then try to apply the colour table
                        even if the object thinks it hasn't got one
                        (needed by the colour setting menu).
