  hs_plot::CLOSE
        Closes plot device, in a sensible way and offers chance to plot
        hardcopy.

  Usage:
        plid -> close

  Arguments: none

  Keywords:
        nospool input   If set, then don't attempt to spool the
                        hardcopy file
